Return Policy

 

At Italian Euro Spares, we always strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes you may need to return an item. If you're unhappy with your goods for any reason, you can return them to us.

We are happy to offer a refund on unused items returned within 30 days of purchase. If the item is faulty, we will offer a refund or exchange where available.

Please follow the instructions below based on how you received your order:

  • Return your item only to PO BOX 246 HABERFIELD NSW 2045 unless advised otherwise.
  • Any products returned must not be devalued, should be in a resalable condition, and include the documentation and original packaging.
  • Returns will only be accepted by courier, and all costs will be at the buyer's expense unless the item is replaced under warranty due to a fault.
  • The store team will inspect the product before a refund is applied.
  • Restocking fees 20%, afterpay fees 10%, postage and handling costs will be at the buyers expense if items are purchased incorrectly or if there is a change of mind.

Product Returns

We undertake to reimburse you for any product delivered to you that is faulty or damaged. If you wish to return a faulty or damaged product, you must notify us via email, stating the reason for the return of such goods.

If we are unable at the time of return to replace or exchange returned goods, we will reimburse your credit card for the purchase amount, including packaging and postage charges.

Goods purchased in error or due to incorrect assumptions will incur a 20% restocking fee plus any freight costs.

  • Control arms, CV joints, and Shock Absorbers are sold individually. Your warranty will be void if a pair is not purchased and installed at the same time.
  • Air Conditioning compressor, condenser, and receiver dryer warranties may be rejected if all three components are not replaced, purchased, and installed at the same time, as your old parts may contaminate the new parts.
  • Clocksprings and other electrical items that have been installed may not be returnable or refundable. *conditions apply

Returning Your Item by Post

You (the customer) are responsible for all postage costs for products returned under our Returns Procedure (except where the goods are faulty – see above) unless this has been specifically agreed and confirmed in advance with the Customer Service Department.

Italian Euro Spares will not accept responsibility for loss or damage of goods during transit, so please ensure that the insurance cover option is taken where possible.

To return an item by post, follow the instructions on the returns label included with your order. Alternatively, to help us process your refund more quickly, follow the steps below:

  • Include your original order number, found in the order confirmation email you received when placing your order. Without it, your refund could be delayed.
  • Clearly state the product code, quantity, and reason for the return.
  • Retain proof of postage until we have confirmed your refund. We recommend selecting a postage method that insures you for the item's value.

Upon receipt, all products will be inspected, and at our discretion, credit may be refused.
